Delivery Methods

Danmade Ltd uses an approved specialist courier to transport our ice fountains from our warehouse facilities direct to your business. Ice fountain accessories are delivered via Parcel Force.

COVID-19: To ease the stress on our courier partners, please understand in these exceptional times your order may take a little longer to be delivered. 

Delivery Regions

Danmade deliver to the following areas in the UK and Ireland:

Danmade Ltd strives to deliver to GB, N. Ireland and Ireland addresses within 1-3 working days.

*Delivery to Scottish Highlands and off-shore islands:

Delivery times

Deliveries are made between 9am and 4pm direct to a business or residential address.  All deliveries MUST be signed for as proof of delivery.

Note for NI and Ireland Orders:  Orders placed before 12 noon on a Friday will be dispatched on for delivery the following Monday. Orders received after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

UK Mainland Orders: Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.  Saturday deliveries can be arranged, but a delivery surcharge will be applied.  Please call the Danmade team on 01359 242 292 for further details.

Delivery charges


Online orders delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.  The applicable charges will depend upon the location of the delivery address. Please ensure your delivery address postcode is correct.

Please note: Delivery charges for ice fountains are different to charges for candles.  For ice fountain orders we use an approved specialist courier.  For candle orders, Parcel Force is used and charges will vary by weight.

For non UK mainland address, UK outer regions Scottish highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands different rates apply.

Receipt and signature

All deliveries must be received and signed for in person at the delivery address.  If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will automatically return your order to their holding warehouse and request further instructions from Danmade for redelivery. Please note that there will be a delivery surcharge for our courier to attempt further deliveries.

If you know that there will be no one available at the delivery address to accept your Danmade order, please inform the Danmade Sales Team (when placing your order) of an alternative delivery address with any special instructions included. Please ensure you detail any special and or alternative delivery instructions at checkout.

If you would like to specify a place for the goods to be left (if no one will be available to sign for the package), please ensure you detail these special delivery instructions also at checkout. We will pass your instructions on to the courier. By requesting an ‘unsigned’ delivery, please understand you are taking responsibility for the goods should they go astray after delivery. Specific Time & Saturday Deliveries

If you require a more specific delivery time (for example morning or afternoon), or if you would like a Saturday delivery, this can be arranged but an extra charge.  Specific time and Saturday deliveries must be pre-arranged with our sales office.  Please call 01359 242 292 for further details.

Delivery tracking

If you would like us to track your package contact our sales office and we will be happy to track all orders.

Delivery problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact our sales office on 01359 242 292.  If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your package, drivers will return orders to the courier’s holding warehouse and request further instructions from Danmade. Unfortunately, a re-delivery charged will be applied to these orders.
